Living in North Georgia is perfect...however our house is located on a cliff which means there is not but a small space for an ideal garden. So, we decided to modify our gardening spaces and come up with our own "foothills" garden areas.
We thought it would be fun to show others who are new to gardening or who have limited space, that having a huge garden is not necessary in order to produce yummy veggies and herbs!
These are some pictures of our garden that we created using trees from our backyard. The area we chose, in these photographs, is a combination of native soil and fill-dirt, but that didn't stop us! Just remember...by adding organic matter like Foothills Organics Compost™ to the native soil creates healthy, fertile soil ready for gardening!
May is National Home Improvement Month and it is the perfect time to focus on improvements that need to be made to the exterior of your home.
Small well-planned upgrades to your home's curb appeal can increase the value of your home!
Try upgrading some of your existing flower beds by planting new plants using Foothills Organics Compost and Foothills Organics Potting Soil. Our products suppress plant disease, improve soil texture, and help soil retain water.
