This summer we enjoyed watching our lantana thrive in our Foothills Compost! In addition their flowers attract butterflies and adds the perfect pop of their bright yellow summer petals. It's now October and we are still enjoying the beautiful blooms...at least until we get that first frost here in Gainesville, Georgia. In the same neighborhood we noticed a landscaper also planted lantana around their mailbox. Unfortunately, they did not use Foothills Compost™ and they did have to use fertilizer. Here are the results compared to ours using ONLY Foothills Compost and NO fertilizer. Which plant looks healthier? So, we saved money using Foothills Compost™ (less watering and no fertilizer needed).
