We hope you enjoy this recipe from our kitchen featuring: Summer Tomato Salad
3 Freshly sliced tomatoes*
1/4 cup of crumbled feta cheese
2 tbsp of freshly chopped flat leaf parsley or basil
Splash of vinegar (redwine or apple cider)
Slice fresh tomatoes. Arrange neatly on a plate like the pictures shown. Sprinkle with feta cheese. Next sprinkle the chopped fresh herbs. Drizzle a little EVOO (Extra Virgin Olive Oil) on top. Sprinkle a little sea salt and freshly ground pepper to taste!
